MIFF utilises a range of venues throughout the year, some of which possess Audio Induction Loops and/or other assistive listening technology.  If you have enquiries relating to assistive listening at a Member Screening or Next Gen venue, please contact us at access(at)miff.com.au or 03 8660 4816.

Member Screening and Next Gen venues that possess Assistive Listening technology include:

ACMI and Cinema Nova - all cinemas are equipped with Audio Induction Loops to assist the hearing-aid user. Accessed through the t-switch on a hearing aid, sound quality can be amplified or enhanced.

Palace Cinemas and Classic Elsternwick – hearing loop technology is available, but not for every session or in every cinema. Please email access(at)miff.com.au or call 03 8660 4816 if you are attending a Member Screening and would like to confirm that the cinema is enabled with assistive listening technology.

The Forum Theatre and Astor Theatre do not include hearing loop systems.
