A cinematic peek into a harsh, forbidding landscape. Each shot is so perfectly composed that it is a journey and a story in itself. When the drill finally breaks through the rock, signalling the euphoric end of the tunnel it is also the end of a friendship. A glimmer of light in the darkness is the perfect visual metaphor for two men wrestling with the challenges of their constrictive world.
