Nigger Lovers

Australia, 2007 (MIFF 2007)

Director: Rhonda Hagan

Nigger! That's what the sign says. Nigger Lovers portrays indigenous Australian of the year Stephen Hagan's fight against a Toowoombain sign all the way to the UN. The film questions whether things have really changed over the past 200 years when it comes to racism.
