VISITORS FROM THE GALAXY

Yugoslavia, 1981 (MIFF 1983)

Director: Dušan Vukotić

Science fiction - live - from one of the founders of the famous Zagreb School of Animation.

Robert, an amateur writer, is working on a science fiction novel about three creatures from the distant Arkana Galaxy and a crazy cosmic toy. Panic ensues when these creatures become materialised: it seems impossible to establish contact with them, and they become the cause of many misunderstandings, and even a massacre.

However, in order to help Robert, the cosmic creatures return a portion of the time that has gone by, and so the massacre is eliminated. The writer departs, together with his imaginary (or not so imaginary) friends to their Galaxy, and maybe one day he will return to earth.
