Making Biscuit

Australia, 1986 (MIFF 1987)

Director: Sharon Laura

An animated documentary that revealingly examines a women s factory culture. Made by ex-factory workers the film juxtaposes still images (reminiscent of the automated processes of factory production) with the commentaries of women, in order to both document and problematise aspects of women's work in Australian industry.
