35 Summers

Australia, 1988 (MIFF 1988, Australian Super-8 Programme)

Director: Mark Titmarsh

With a certain cynicism and lack of modesty I offer to you the story of the wanderer and his shadow. Not a Diary Film since the events depicted are filled with symbolism, error, vagueness and lies. Rather, this is an unhistorical portrait of the Living Fool, one whose destiny it was to enhance the by artificially introducing a few extra drops of tragedy, ecstasy and doom.
