Director: Charlie De Salis
Two men make a dawn pilgrimage to New Zealand's savage west coast. With the catch of a lifetime in hand, Joey notices, too late, the freak wave silently bearing down upon him.
This film will literally take your breath away. A Moment Passing portrays the power of the sea as you've never seen before. Technically ambitious, at times awesome, in the space of six minutes De Salis manages to create some truly haunting moments of film. See if you don't hold your breath during the underwater sequence.
