Quest

Germany, 1996 (MIFF 1996, Animation)

Director: Tyron Montgomery

A creature s desperate search for water leads it through a range of surreal landscapes and false hopes Its search leads to regeneration where presumably the frustrating search resumes. Technically, a superbly crafted and beautifully photographed model animation which intensifies a simple 'lourney' and cycle of life tale. (RS)
