Lantana is a stunning psychological thriller about love and deception from director Ray Lawrence (Bliss), producer Jan Chapman (The Piano) and screenwriter Andrew Bovell (Head On).

As Detective Leon Zat (Anthony LaPaglia in a powerhouse performance) and his partner Claudia (Leah Purcell) attempt to solve the mystery of a woman's disappearance, a seemingly impenetrable labyrinth of love, sex and deceit emerges. John (Geoffrey Rush) and his therapist wife Valerie (Barbara Hershey) struggle to deal with a personal tragedy. Jane (Rachel Blake) and Pete (Glenn Robbins) are separated and she's on the lookout for something better. Only unemployed Nik (Vince Colosimo) and his hardworking wife Paula seem to have it right Leon's doing it tough. He's trying to unravel the case, but it's causing him to unravel—like picking a loose thread While he's jogging the streets of Sydney, his wife Soma is trying to dance off her worries down at the salsa club. A haunting and dynamic Australian drama.
