Harvie Krumpet

Australia, 2003 (MIFF 2003)

Director: Adam Elliot

MIFF is proud to present the Australian premiere of Harvie Krumpet, Adam Elliot's animated biography of an ordinary man seemingly cursed with perpetual bad luck. This highly anticipated follow up to his trilogy series (Uncle, Cousin and Brother), narrated by Geoffrey Rush and with a cameo by Kamahl, is a work of great accomplishment and a triumph of storytelling - a delight down to the last detail. Mischievous, moving and ultimately very, very amusing, it is Adam Eliot's best work yet.
