What are the consequences when the technology is there for everyone to be an artist? A filmmaker? A musician? MIFF 2011 title PressPausePlay tells us that technology has opened the floodgates for new markets and new audiences, but who's breaking through the clutter of online noise, and how does film really get from the web to the world?
