Clockwork Ocean

Germany (MIFF 2017, Special Events)

Our oceans are influenced by the energy of countless small water eddies. Similar to clockwork gears, the eddies are interlocked and affect global climate. Coastal researchers at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht study these virtually unexplored eddies and present their research in the unique fulldome Clockwork Ocean project. Take a plunge into a world of fish, jellyfish and three-dimensional sound!
