The Yes Men USA

'sundance 2004 has given us two more brilliantly subversive films: Super Size Me and The Yes Men.' -The Hollywood Reporter

Meet Andy and Mike, two of the anti-corporate activist-pranksters known as the Yes Men. In this hilarious new doco from the makers of American Movie, these two anti-heroes impersonate members of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) at business conferences around the globe, attempting to wreak havoc on the corporate world.

After setting up a website that mirrors that of the WTO, Andy and Mike begin receiving invitations that are meant for the actual organisation. Playing along with the ruse, they soon find themselves attending important functions as WTO representatives. With cheap suits and gumption aplenty, the intrepid twosome set out to shock and re-educate the world with their darkly comic satirical approach. However, the results are shocking, unexpected and, at times, painfully funny.

Wowing audiences at Sundance Film Festival this year, The Yes Men is an hilarious and biting indictment on globalisation.
