Exits

A dramatic semi-fictional account of the effect of the Whitlam sacking on a handful of peopfe wandering the streets, cinemas, pubs and public transport of Melbourne. Exits uses a mix of radio voice-over, poems, telexes, newspaper headlines and televised press conferences to set a documentary background against which the rising anger and frustration (or indifference) of the characters can be measured. An emotional reaction to the ironies implicit in Remembrance Day, 11 November, 1975.
