Fragments of Grandmother is a beautifully crafted film dealing with the fragments of our lives, our families, our memories, our words, our thoughts and our possessions, and ultimately how these strands of our everyday interaction are drawn together at the time of a family death.

Inspirational, it explores the space that exists between grand-daughter and grandmother using their parallel voices in association with contrasting images of beauty and death. The style and framing is reminiscent of traditional still life painting and pencil studies of the body.
