CROW: THE LEGEND - Chapter 1

MIFF 2016 guest Eric Darnell, director of Madagascar and the Emmy-winning VR short Invasion! (MIFF 2016), returns with another lush virtual reality animation.

Featuring the voices of John Legend, Tye Sheridan, Oprah Winfrey, Oglala Lakota woman Sarah Eagle Heart and Kiowa-Caddo tribal elder and First Nations-activist Randy Edwards, Crow: The Legend is based upon Lenape mythology about the origin of the seasons, and takes us back to a time when this now pitch-black bird had the most brilliantly multi-coloured plumage in the forest.
