If you have been inspired to learn more about MIFF's Masters and Restorations program, or would like to do some pre-reading before your next session, the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Melbourne have prepared some study guides.

The study guides cover Rohmer in Paris, Double Play: James Benning and Richard Linklater, Life Itself, Baal, How Strange to be Named Federico: Scola Narrates Fellini, Epic of Everest and Trespassing Bergman, offering a summaries, analyses, themes, web links and further reading for each film. The guides are suitable for study at a tertiary level.
