Answering Bolivia's request for technical aid, U.N. sent a team of experts to Bolivia, whose problems lay in the economic structure and the nature of the land itself. Easily worked mineral deposits are exhausted, timber resources need machinery and roads to enable them to be exploited. Agriculture is run down. Solutions to these problems are suggested.
