After a stingy man eats some cherry seeds, a cherry tree grows out of his head, presenting a lot of trouble for him. Koji Yamamura's supremely expressive animation, set in contemporary Tokyo, is a reinterpretation of the traditional Japanese Rakugo story Atama-Yama.
