“Rabidly violent Dog Bite Dog takes the action off the leash.” - Variety The Hong Kong action film of the year, Dog Bite Dog, distinguishes itself even by Hong Kong standards with its uncompromising toughness and terrifyingly intense depictions of criminal violence. Pang (Edison Chen), a Cambodian pit fighter-turned-assassin, travels to Hong Kong for a contract job. When things go awry and cops Wai and Fat Lam try to apprehend him, he demonstrates his preternatural killing abilities to shocking effect - but it's not enough to avoid arrest. The police are unprepared for Pang's determination to escape back into the streets of Hong Kong. Wai, traumatised by the loss of his partner and rumours about his own father's possible involvement, takes it upon himself to stop this killer on the loose. Contains scenes that may offend
