“Compelling drama about abducted children avoids the heartstrings and goes right for the gut.” - The Hollywood Reporter

The issue of abducted children is dealt with in this chilling feature from British writer and director Damian Harris.

Leslie - an eight-year-old girl abducted off the streets - is repeatedly drugged and forced to make porn movies with another captive, a boy about her own age. Street smarts are their only tool for survival, as events test the bounds of their loyalty to each other.

Strong performances (including a menacing appearance from Tom Arnold) and a neatsound track - featuring Neurosis and Broken Social Scene - add verve to this dark tale of the underage sex trade.

Damian Harris is a guest of the festival.
