This is the story of Juha Holm. 33-year-old model family man, hero of a magazine story, showing him surrounded by his happy wife and loving children. Is this picture quite true? The film lays bare the reality behind the banal material presented by the magazine, and we learn about the real Juha, his involvement with a giri in his office. Caught between his warm and beautiful wife, and cold and beautiful mistress, Juha is in for a lot of surprises...

Jörn Dormer's fifth film is the first which he produced and shot purely in Finland; it is his first colour film. and the first film which he did not only write and direct, but in which he also appears in the leading role. Its release was the most important film event in Finland this year.
