Exposure

Winter on the West Coast of Ireland. A small and dreary hotel with a prying manageress. Four professional people on working assignments are the only guests — three surveyors from some State organisation in Dublin; and a woman who has come from Europe to photograph the landscape. The scene is set for a romantic encounter with an idyllic background; a "Partie de Campagne" in a world of Irish Tourist Board brochures, perhaps? Nothing of the sort...
