wind whipping the retirement homes, the smooth expanse of landscaped company lawns, the ominous rumble of the night
cleaners. . .

This is a film about controlled environments, a subjective time-capsule of life in the 1980's, a Elm for the urban geographers of the future...a response to surroundings.
Paul Elliott is a cinematographer/Elm-maker based in Sydney.

He has written/directed and photographed a number of films, including “After the End” and “Mass Movement”. He worked
with Andrew de Groot on the photography of the feature film.“Strikebound”. He photographed “The Lion in the
Doorway"
, which won the 1983 AFI Award for Best Cinematography in the short film section.

“Industrial Park" is the first in a projected series of
experimental psycho~geographical documentaries.
