THE GREAT LAND OF SMALL

The Great Land of Small is the fifth feature in Rock Doner's series of faintly films which include The Dog Who Stopped the War and The Peanut Butter Solution, both shown at earlier Melbourne Film Festivals.

It's a magical tale about two city children who, while on a visit to their grandparents farm in rural Quebec, discover a fantasy world located at the other side of the rainbow.

Overjoyed by the visit of his grandchildren, one night Grandpa settles into his rocking chair and tells them a story taken from the best book of all, Ins imagination.

It's a story of invisible creatures who arc said to live at the end of the rainbow, in a place where past, present and futures exist at the same time. The only catch is that in order to see them, you have to truly believe in them. The two children do believe and so embark on the adventure of their lives to a wonderful place in inner space called The Great Land of Small.

The Great Land of Small is a contemporary story that tells a timeless tale about the nature of dreams and reality and the innocence of childhood fantasies.
