The Speed of Light

Spend a day with Max Konig, a high school astronomy teacher. Max wishes that his life and personal relationships could follow the same precise laws of nature as the planets and the stars he knows so well. He discovers that it is not possible to exert total control over his life, and that maybe nature doesn't have laws after all. Is Max a perceptive sort of fellow, or just an all-American dork?
