How distant are the galaxies and how are they distributed throughout the vast reaches of space? This live-action documentary combined with computer graphics features two astronomers and their graduate students at the Smithsonian Institution in Harvard. Their observations have shown a foamy, bubble-like structure to the Universe, providing key evidence for the Big Bang.
