That Burning Question

In this stylish deadpan comedy a teenage couple, led by an eager friend who fancies himself as a news photographer, ride the subway to the outskirts of New York City to get an exclusive story on a man who is out to commit suicide by setting himself on fire. The man's story becomes entangled with the couple's faltering romance and reveals an all too familiar scenario on the friction between romantic love and daily experience. (S S)
