From gorgeous red and black leather uniforms and stark modernistic architecture to orgies that surpass DeMille's Sign of the Cross for pure gaudiness and vibrancy. Titus is exceptional. The cast are required to traverse the entire spectrum of human emotion (it's Shakespeare after all) and come through shining... if not a little bloodstained.
