"The best buddy comedy in years … if Jim Jarmusch made a movie about two alcoholic friends hanging out in the woods, it might look something like Dutch documentary Ne Me Quitte Pas." – Indiewire

In this upbeat documentary, two ageing men – both alcoholic and with a suicidal drive (each for different reasons) – pursue a booze-soaked friendship. Bound together and bickering all the way, the two friends spiral down in a midlife crisis that shines a light on the troubles of contemporary masculinity.

But while the circumstances of their relationship may seem bleak, Ne Me Quitte Pas dodges expectation to become a tender, wryly hilarious and wonderfully hopeful autumn-years buddy movie, as well as an insightful examination of the male ego and a touching picture of true friendship.

"This engagingly spiky study of men without women makes for an unlikely but highly effective crowd-pleaser." – Hollywood Reporter
