MIFF x Antara: The Love That Remains

Seasonality and beauty are revered at Antara, a restaurant and bakery where the menu is charged by an emphasis on cooking with coals and flame. Creativity and fire are also alive in this stunning new film – which recently premiered at Cannes – about a young Icelandic family (the mother is an artist, while the father works at sea) facing tricky and tender terrain.
