Exploring the rich diversity of India’s cuisine as dictated by the seasonal produce of small, local farms, Saadi puts a unique spin on South Asian flavours. From a pop-up to Punch Lane, its chefs have never taken the easy road – much like the subject of the heartwarming documentary The Cycle of Love, who embarked on an epic journey of romance from Delhi to Sweden in 1977.
For this Food & Film Experience, Saadi’s three-course meal follows the film’s journey from India to Sweden.
