A Cambodian-Australian father finds his memories flooding back when he’s given a chance to perform shadow puppetry on national TV.

Set in Sydney’s western suburbs in 1995, and told from the perspective of a child observing her father, the latest film from Andy ‘Celeste’ Diep – an alumna of Apichatpong Weerasethakul’s Creators Lab – is a poignant work of intergenerational trauma, survivor’s guilt and the redemptive power of art.
