The latest in a hypnotic series of stop-motion montages from LA-based visual artist Mungo Thomson, this transformative work uses images from Time Life encyclopedias as raw material for an animated sequence of modelled postures and stances. Collage functions as choreography, and dance as a deceptively giddy refraction of modern life.
