In Néjib Belkadhi's entertaining documentary, we meet the renegade filmmaker deep in production on his latest feature, Tarzan of the Arabs. Kahloucha's directorial style is equal parts madness and magic as he recruits locals to star in explosive chase scenes and bloody plotlines.
