The Nigerian film industry - aka Nollywood - is booming. By shooting all films on digital video, the industry has compressed production schedules into a matter of days. Taking films directly to Lagos' Idumota electronics market and selling them as home videos has simplified the ‘distribution' process. Looking at three Nigerian directors and a collection of Nollywood cinephiles, Jamie Meltzer's documentary provides a compelling and humorous snapshot of this 286 million dollar per year industry.
