Street Kids

Filmed in Vancouver and featuring young people who already have a history of several years of prostitution, this film offers a gritty realistic look at male and female prostitutes and their struggle to get off the streets. It avoids preaching and patronising, glamourising and sensationalising, by allowing the kids to Speak for themselves on the soundtrack and filming them largely in unintrusive and coot stills.
