Splinter

A woman's voice-over obtained through an interview tells of the range of emotions experienced by her in a psychologically damaging and physically abusing relationship. "I felt trapped by the whole thing, and I suppose that my home was prison because it was just a box." The woman's conflicting feelings of love, dread, fear and helplessness as told in her own words, are conveyed by metaphonc imagery and reconstructed through animation of this interior space, using mixed techniques and mixed media animation.
