Conquering the World's Highest Peak

Jolma Lungma, the highest peak of the Himalaya Mountains and the highest point on earth, is known as the world's "Third Pole". This film describes how a group of Chinese mountaineers undertook extensive training and preparations and how finally, on May 25th, 1960, they reached the summit.
