Persimmon and Duke get their kicks by answering the small ads in the Hollywood Recycler. Their seemingly innocent enquiries are slyly manipulated until the hapless victims are hopelessly floundering in the subtext of unset­tling and perverse power games. When one of these calls finds Eve and Bob, however, the sit­uation threatens to develop into something altogether more sinister.
