How to Book Your Ticket

If you require any accessibility service that MIFF offers at any MIFF venue, please advise our Ticketing team on boxoffice(at)miff.com.au, by phone on 03 8660 4888 or in person at any MIFF Box Office to ensure that MIFF can provide you with the best customer service. MIFF is also contactable through the National Relay Service on 133 677.

Please note via email, phone or in person which accessible service you require. This information can be saved against a single booking or can be saved against your customer profile for any future tickets you book at MIFF. You can also book a ticket requiring an accessible service on someone’s behalf; please note this when you call or email. Once you arrive at the venue for your booked session(s), please make yourself known to MIFF Front of House staff or volunteers for assistance.

If you require any services that are not listed on the MIFF website or for more information, please contact MIFF’s Access Coordinator by emailing access(at)miff.com.au.

Should any films that offer accessibility services be listed as ‘Standby’, please contact the MIFF Box Office by emailing boxoffice(at)miff.com.au or by phone on 03 8660 4888 and quote the code ACCESS MIFF as additional tickets may be available.
