MIFF Talks: Queer Activism: From Life to Screen

A panel of filmmakers, academics and activists explore one of the prevalent documentary themes at MIFF 69: queer activism.

Featuring the London-based but Melbourne-born legendary, titular subject and star of the MIFF Premiere Fund–supported Hating Peter Tatchell, who has dedicated five decades of his life to campaigning for gay liberation, equality and justice. Moderated by Dr Hannah McCann, a senior lecturer in cultural studies at the University of Melbourne.
