This is where the film ends.” - filmmaker Nanouk Leopold After the death of his wife, Konraad decides he wants to join her, much to the dismay of his only daughter, Maria. Maria's own family is a mess. Her daughter Sabine is cheating on her husband who has fallen in love with Sabine's sister, Eva. Eva's in therapy following an abortion and Sabine's daughter is suffering under the strain of her parents' crumbling marriage. Wolfsbergen explores four generations of a family whose relationships are cracking while being put to the test. Filmmaker Nanouk Leopold's second feature, Guernsey, featured at MIFF 06. Wolfsbergen won the Caligari Film Award at this year's Berlin Film Festival.
