The lead Is a scruffy little boy, who, fascinated by the huge jet planes that land everyday in the nearby drome, is longing to My like his father. An accident kills his father, and his grandfather tries to discourage the boy from flying. In vain. As the two walk home from the hospital in which the boy's father has just died, the boy's eyes arc skywards
