As two teenage brothers get up to mischief on summer holidays in a coastal fishing town, the cycles of toxic masculinity above the water reflect the hierarchies of predation below.
Gorgeously shot by writer/director Jack Shepherd, and drawing heavily from his own youth around Pittwater, New South Wales, this sun-kissed portrait of the darkness of Australian masculinity is buoyed by the twin lead performances from real-life siblings Jiya and Javi Vander Straaten.
